Location
The cottage is situated on the approach drive to Trevillett Mill in Rocky Valley, mid way between Tintagel and Boscastle on the North Cornish Coast.
Rocky Valley leads down to the sea (you can reach the sea in around 5 minutes from the cottage), the river flowing alongside the footpath makes this a most pleasant walk. Wild birds/deer/badgers/voles and many many more can be seen in the valley.

The nearest beach is at Bossiney, this can be accessed either via the coastal footpath (which will take around half an hour from the cottage) and is a fantastic walk or you can get to the beach by walking up the road (which will take around 15 minutes).
